Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Super Bundle application ("the App") provided by Only Super Apps ("we", "us", or "our"). By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not install or use the App.

1. Service Description

Super Bundle is a Shopify application that enables merchants to create product bundles with discounts, A/B testing, Subscribe & Save functionality, and analytics. The App integrates with your Shopify store through the Shopify API and Shopify Functions to provide bundle pricing and discount logic.

2. Account Terms

To use the App, you must have an active Shopify store and a valid Shopify account. Your use of the App is also subject to Shopify's Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Shopify account credentials.

You must provide accurate and complete information when installing the App. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Billing and Payments

The App offers multiple subscription plans (Starter, Growth, and Plus) with varying feature sets and usage limits. All billing is processed through Shopify's built-in subscription billing system. By selecting a paid plan, you authorize Shopify to charge the applicable fees to your Shopify account.

You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time. Plan changes take effect immediately. If you downgrade to a plan with lower limits, features or bundles exceeding the new plan's limits may become inactive until you adjust your usage or upgrade again.

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice. Existing subscribers will be notified of any pricing changes before they take effect.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the App or access to the App to third parties
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App or its infrastructure
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, its servers, or any related systems
• Use the App to send spam, misleading content, or engage in deceptive practices
• Exceed the usage limits of your subscription plan through automated or abusive means

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its code, design, features, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Only Super Apps and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. We retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the App.

You retain full ownership of your store content, product data, bundle configurations, and any other content you create or upload through the App. We do not claim any ownership rights over your content.

By using the App, you grant us a limited license to use your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service.

6. Disclaimers

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the App will increase your sales, revenue, or conversion rates. Results vary depending on your products, pricing, and store traffic. Any case studies, examples, or projections shared by us are for illustrative purposes only and do not constitute a guarantee of results.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. While we strive for high availability, scheduled maintenance or unforeseen issues may occasionally affect service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Only Super Apps and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use the App
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any third-party conduct or content related to the App
• Any interruption or cessation of the service

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the App exceed the total amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. You may terminate by uninstalling the App from your Shopify store. We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to the App, other users, or our business.

Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy (within 48 hours of receiving the uninstall webhook from Shopify).

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or by email at least 15 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the App after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the App and uninstall it from your store.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Only Super Apps operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, either party may pursue binding arbitration or litigation in the appropriate courts of the governing jurisdiction.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
